MY ORDER:

HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER? HOW CAN I PAY?

  • Find all the items you like and add them to your cart by pressing the "add to cart" button dedicated to the product.
  • Proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping cart in the upright corner and click "checkout" button.
  • After entering your shipping details, you can select your method of payment and continue to pay for your order.

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your payment information, billing and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser.
  • If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Support at Info@hexagondistrict.com

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

SHIPPING:

I ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM FROM MY ORDER. WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

 

  • We ship most items separately to avoid extra customs fees, duties and taxes to our customers. You can expect to receive the missing items very shortly.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Most orders ship within 2 days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
  • Hexagon DIstrict cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER! WHERE IS IT?

  • Our shipping time in general is 12-21 days. if you have not received your order within 25 days of your order shipment, please contact us at info@hexagondistrict.com

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Our shipping time in general is 12-21 days. However, in some cases, you may receive your order before or after the general shipping time. This depends on your location and the season.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

WHERE CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

  •  All discount codes are entered during checkout. Please write your discount code to a box dedicated to the codes during checkout.
